My name is Kurtis Rogers, and I am completing my final semester at the University of Cincinnati majoring in Communication Design and minoring in Information Technology. From January to April 2023, I worked with the nonprofit UHAMBO 8286 redesigning the logo and developing collateral materials for a small business in South Africa. Following that, in the fall of 2023, I spent my final co-op semester designing and coding a mobile game. The year prior, in 2022, I had the privilege of working on a project for Blink and an educational animation for the University of Cincinnati's Center for Cyber Strategy and Policy. I found my passion for design after taking a 2D design course my senior year of high school during which I learned how to explore varied solutions to solve design problems.
